Can we book a shorter event?
Absolutely. We tailor service hours to your schedule, whether you’re planning a brief office mixer, conference reception, or an evening gala. Setup and cleanup are handled separately from guest service.

Who provides the alcohol and bar supplies?
Your company provides the alcohol, beer, and wine, and we provide a suggested shopping list. With Classic Celebration, you also supply ice, sodas, and additional beverages. Raise the Bar and The Signature Experience include all nonalcoholic bar ingredients, sodas, juices, ice, and coolers.

Can you incorporate our company branding?
Yes! Custom bar wraps, coordinated drink menus, and branded cups, napkins, and stirrers can bring your company’s identity into the experience. During your consultation, we’ll discuss the options included in your package and additional enhancements that fit your goals, budget, and planning timeline.

Do you offer mocktail-only experiences?
Absolutely. Our crafted mocktails offer fresh flavors and polished presentation for office gatherings, wellness events, conferences, and brand activations. We can also offer mocktails alongside cocktails so every guest has something to enjoy.

What if our location doesn’t have a bar?
We can serve from an existing venue bar or provide a linen-covered, bar-height table with Classic Celebration. Our upgraded packages include a Mixed Moments® illuminated mobile bar.

Are your bartenders certified and insured?
Our professional bartenders are RAMP-certified, and Mixed Moments® carries general and liquor liability insurance. We can provide documentation for your company or venue.

How do we reserve our date?
Complete our inquiry form and schedule a brief consultation. We’ll discuss your event and prepare a personalized proposal and invoice. Your signed agreement and required payment secure your booking.
