Can we choose how many hours of service we need?
Absolutely. We tailor bar service to your event’s schedule, whether you’re hosting a short reception or an extended celebration. Our team handles setup before service and cleanup afterward.

Who provides the alcohol and other bar supplies?
You provide the alcohol, beer, and wine, and we help with a suggested shopping list. With Classic Celebration, you also supply ice, sodas, and additional beverages. Raise the Bar and The Signature Experience include all nonalcoholic bar ingredients, sodas, juices, ice, and coolers.

What if our venue or home doesn’t have a bar?
We can bring a bar-height table with an elegant linen covering for Classic Celebration. Our upgraded packages include a Mixed Moments® illuminated mobile bar.

Can you match the drinks and bar to our theme?
Yes! We can personalize drink flavors, names, menus, and presentation to complement your celebration. Custom bar wraps, acrylic menus, napkins, and drink stirrers are available for an added personal touch.

Can we book a mocktail-only celebration?
Absolutely. Our thoughtfully crafted mocktails bring fresh flavors and beautiful presentation to showers, birthdays, family gatherings, and other alcohol-free celebrations.

How many bartenders will we need?
We generally recommend one bartender per 50–60 guests to provide attentive service. During your consultation, we’ll consider your guest count and drink menu to recommend the right staffing.

How do we reserve our date?
Complete our inquiry form and schedule a brief consultation. We’ll discuss your celebration and prepare a personalized proposal and invoice. Your signed agreement and required payment secure your booking.
